At Asher Brewing Company, our mission is to operate a successful microbrewery that produces world-class certified organic ales, while utilizing environmentally sustainable and socially responsible business practices. Our brewery is run on 100% wind power. Owner, Chris Asher, decided that the Boulder market deserved to have locally brewed organic beers. After nearly a year of planning, research, and hard work building a brewery, he opened our doors for business on November 20th, 2009. On February 25th, 2010 organic certification was issued for every beer at Asher Brewing Company, making us the first all-organic brewery in the state of Colorado! Organic ingredients are better for the consumer, better for the environment, and better for the beer.
